Payment Policy

  1. The Platform offers various packages to meet different needs. To start using a Service, you must choose a suitable package. Unless otherwise stated, packages do not include Support. Support can be arranged in a separate agreement; fees and terms are decided on a case-by-case basis by Eventagrate Software And Technology LLC.
  2. You agree to pay the fees as per the pricing schedule. Prices include VAT as per UAE laws.
  3. You will automatically be billed for any additional costs, penalties, or fines incurred by Eventagrate Software And Technology LLC as a result of your use of the Service.
  4. If paying by credit card, ensure that your balance is adequate. If payment is declined and not made within 10 days, Eventagrate Software And Technology LLC reserves the right to suspend Services.

If you have a query about your account fees, reach out to us at info@eventagrate.com within 30 days of the activity that gave rise to the dispute. Once investigated, if the dispute requires a refund, it will be credited to your account rather than issued as a cash refund. Refunds are only given when you close your account and it has a positive balance.

Refund Policy

Upon termination, you are entitled to a refund only if your account has a positive balance related to a prepaid Service. However, if the package you selected clearly stated that it is not eligible for a refund, you will not receive one.
